Moen-jo-daro: Oldest civilization in World

The earliest people we know from Pakistan lived 4000 to 5000 years ago in green  valley of Indus river. They had learned to live a civilized life in their valley, that shows similarity with ancient Egyptians of Nile and Sumerians in the valley we call as valley of Euphrates and Tigris.

English: Indus Priest/King Statue. The statue ...

These people lived in this area for more than a thousand years. Then we don't know about them. just known is the that a huge catastrophe came upon this region that buried these people in the sand. For many centuries no body knew about such people until in 1920 a engineer and archeologists Sir John Marshall got some news from native residents of such people and he gave orders for exploration and digging.

Moen jo Daro is a sindhi word which means " Mound Of Dead". It was built of bricks at the time when people did not had even concept of a Home! . A high brick wall surrounded the people  both from enemies and floods at the time when Indus river used to flow with the same speed as ocean and tides. Inside the wall wide straight streets and homes. The houses were often built  in rectangular with a little Garden in the middle. Even the poorer people had drains built in the thickness of Walls and a supply of running water. The bigger houses had staircases , lavatories and Bathrooms. There were also Public baths and one of which was an open-air Swimming Pool. There used to be Shopping centers, temples and granaries for storing the wheat and barley for whole year supply.
It has been recorded that people in Moen Jo daro every individual had their own seals to represent.Although some seals have been recovered but writing on seals is still unreadable for archaeologists . Some day they will be read and we will be able to explore such intelligent Human civilization.
These people used to keep domestic animals and were the first people in the World to make carts with wheels. They mad tools of Bronze and copper, metal fishhooks, sickles and knives.

In older times , the Indus Valley had huge forests and wild animals.  On one unfortunate night traced to be 3500 years ago, disaster came on Moen Jo Daro people and whole city was destroyed and not even a single Human life was spared to let the race continue to breed. The other cities in Indus Valley were also destroyed in the same Manner.

History is not just one century

Following are the pictures of Harrapa , Moen-jo-daro and Lakhan-jo-daro. Pakistan came into being in 1947 but it's history does not start from 1947 but is belongs to the times when date was not there, it flourished and spread when people didnot had any sense of how to live and eat. It had planned cities when people did not know what was planning.
The  first above pictures belongs to the Harrapa valley which flourished itself with the Indus valley civilization(3300–1300 BCE; mature period 2600–1900 BCE). The second picture depicts the the city of Moen jo daro. Though exact time period is not known archaeologist and historicians claim that it was built Built around 2600 BC . DO you know that it was a planned city built through well-planning and it contained public buildings? Amazed, huh?. Well you all will be as when I will write about it  as we will reach towards there.
The third one is the picture of Lakhan jo daro. It is the latest discovery . The Archaeologists believe the site is about 5500 years old and is of pre Moen Jo Daro or Kot Dijian era. Lakhan-jo-Daro is a Sindhi word and it means "The Hill of Lakhan in English". More Amazed, huh?
So  now if anyone says pakistan is 67 years old or anything. Please don't ponder on it.
