Pakistan came on the map of the world on August 14, 1947. It belongs to the ancient Indus valley Civilization which shows similarity with Nile valley and the Valley of Euphrates and Tigris laid the foundation of modern world.
Pakistan is blessed with high mountains and extensive planes.It is largely a dry area drained by large canals and streams.It is rich in non-metallic minerals. It is agricultural country, but deficient in food. It has a large population of people. It is trying to acquire technology to overcome and feed its growing population.
